Booking

Bookings can be made through various methods, including our online reservation form, email, WhatsApp, phone, or simply by visiting us directly with your luggage. Your luggage will be safely stored for the duration of your booking. However, if you wish to extend your storage period, please contact our staff to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that unclaimed or unpaid luggage stored for more than three months after the agreed period may be sold to cover storage costs. All payments must be made in the local currency.

Safety

All luggage will be required to be open for inspection at the time of checking in. Bali Lockers will not store food, illegal items, inflammable goods. Bali Lockers reserves the right to refuse storage.

Insurance

Bali Lockers offers up to USD 450 reimbursement for damage or lost goods. If you wish to be covered for damage to goods that are inside your luggage, then please allow our team to inspect the contents before accepting storage. All complaints will require you to complete a compliant form. Bali Lockers reserves the right to refuse claims once luggage has been collected by the customer as there is no opportunity to verify damage once luggage leaves our storage facility.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If there are any changes to these Terms, we will provide a 14-day notice period. After the revised 14-day notice period new terms become effective. If you do not agree you can cease using the service.
